Mid-Range gaming laptop, from all the best seller laptop out there one that stand still is the "Dell Inspiron 15R 15.6-Inch" although this laptop was never made to enter the gaming world, but I personally have a good feeling that this laptop has a potential to get its specs qualified the gaming world.



Based from the specs below we can see that it really has the potential of a gaming notebook.

The Processor is powered by Intel Celeron Dual Core N2830 Processor, Dual Cores are use to be a gaming processor because of it's cores. As we all know Dual Core Processors are the very first gaming processors who are built also for gaming. This is the main reason why I include this notebook to in this gaming blog I created.

A 4Gigs of RAM also  provides multi thread capacity for this notebook, note that this is not a gaming notebook we are just observing its specs and assumed that this notebook has the ability to run heavy games, as I say a while ago, 4GIGS of RAM is good enough to launch heavy game, well I do not know if it can handle NBA2K13 or even play it without experiencing lag..

What I worry about is the display of this notebook, based from the specs given above the video is running Intel HD Graphics which is not qualified to play heavy games, but of course dell let us upgrade the display of each laptop they release, you can buy a NVIDIA or EVGA graphics card for this laptop to run heavy games..

Another thing, this notebook only have a 500GB or HDD with 5400 RPM which also good for data transfer and performance.

At the end it is not bad for this laptop to try a mid range games like MMORPG's and RPG well, it's worth a try  you have a dual core processor and a 4 GIG of RAM so I think you can play games like other gaming notebook out there.
